(1) A Military Hospital Board of Directors is constituted with the following officers:-

(a) Executive -               - Chairman
(b) Director, Military Health Service – Member (c) Chief Architect, Management Rathi Department – ​​Member (d) Commanding Officer (C.O.) Military Hospital - Member (e) General Senani, Empowered Department -Member
(f) Maha Senani, Sambhar Rathi Department -Member
(g) Representative, Office of the Comptroller General - Member (h) Representative, Ministry of Defence-Member (j) Registrar, Military Hospital Member-Secretary (2) The duties of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To make necessary arrangements for the smooth running of all the work to be done in the military hospital, (b) to make a plan to transform the military hospital into a modern and well-equipped hospital and submit it to the Government of Nepal for approval and readiness as per the approval from the Government of Nepal;

(c) prepare the annual budget of the military hospital before the end of each year and submit it to the Government of Nepal for the necessary expenditure and spend it on the work from the funds of the hospital according to the approved budget,

p>(d) If necessary, the committee will transfer the expenses from one of the approved titles except salary to another title,

(e) Submit the monthly report of the main work done by the committee to the Government of Nepal through the Commander-in-Chief.< /p>
